Treat your feet for World Reflexology Week
Reflexologists worldwide will be participating in World Reflexology Week this September, raising awareness and promoting the health benefits of reflexology.
Reflexology is a popular and relaxing holistic treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body. In this way, the feet can be seen as a "map" of the body.

To celebrate the World Reflexology Week save £5 on reflexology treatment every Monday of August and September by contacting Natural Healing 07403808083.

Reflexology stimulates the eight systems of the body through massage on the feet or hands; pressure is applied to specific points for each organ, it is similar to acupressure, but instead of working on points all over the body, reflexologist work primarily with the feet.

Reflexology help people living with many conditions, and in a reflexology session the therapist will aim to:
  • Promote homoeostasis
  • Stimulate the eight systems to achieve balance
  • Help to release physical and emotional problems
  • Improve sleep patterns
  • Increase vitality and boost energy levels naturally
  • Relieve muscle aches, and promote self-healing
  • Relaxes organs, glands and body in general
  • Increase lymph circulation and lymphatic drainage
  • Relieve stress-related problems, such as anxiety, insomnia, tense shoulders and tension headaches
After a reflexology session the body began to remove toxins, in some cases crystals can be felt under the skin (like grains of sugar). These crystals are known as physical blocks in the reflex zones that prevent the proper functioning of the corresponding part of the body.
